Toner Farms Ltd. is situated in the picturesque town of Grand Falls in Northwestern New Brunswick, less than a mile from the U.S. border and the state of Maine. The great taste of New Brunswick potatoes is a result of our unique soil make up and a perfectly suited climate for the production of high quality potatoes. Grand Falls is just an overnight drive from the Eastern Seaboard of the U.S., which allows us to supply the needs of our customers in the most efficient time possible and provide the highest quality of fresh produce available.
Toner Farms Ltd. has a dynamic team of dedicated employees at the packing facility as well as a hardworking crew for our everyday farm operations. Our well trained staff has only one thing in mind, which is to surpass expectations of our customers and assure quality and precision in every aspects of the operation.
Our state-of-the-art packing facility is normally in operation from November to August with 80% of our product marketed from April to August. We store our potatoes in modern facilities equipped with refrigeration, humidity control and ventilation systems. Our storage allow us to respond to our customers’ needs throughout the summer months, with the same quality and freshness as the day the potatoes came out of the field.
The packaging plant utilizes a hands-on approach by the management to maintain a good relationship with customers along with our employees. Our managerial approach also allows us to maintain a productive and efficient operation.
Toner Farms Ltd. also purchases raw product from selected local growers mostly in the winter months and early spring. We have strict policies regarding food safety and traceability in order to assure only the best product reaches the consumer.
